We prioritize freshness. If you place an order before 1:00 PM on the roasting day, it will be roasted the next day. Your coffee is carefully sorted and packed within 48 hours, ensuring it reaches you within 3 days for maximum freshness!

For deliveries within the United Arab Emirates, the shipping typically takes 2-3 days once the courier arrangements are made.(Shipping Fee: 25aed for orders shipped across the UAE).

If for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied and wish to return or replace your purchase, please get in touch with us within three days of receiving your order.

It's crucial to maintain the original packaging, keeping it intact and fully sealed along with the initial shipping documents. Specifically for coffee and tea, we may not be able to accept opened bags due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

If a replacement isn't feasible, we will initiate a refund for the amount
you paid, crediting it back to your original payment method. The refund process typically takes 15 - 30 business days, excluding holidays, contingent upon your bank's processing time. Please note that costs associated with customized packaging, shipping/courier, and any related expenses such as duties and taxes are non-refundable.
