1. Cancellation by Participant:
- More than 4 weeks before the course start date:
100% refund of the course fee. - More than 2 weeks before the course start date:
70% refund of the course fee. The remaining 30% will be deducted as administration charges. - Less than 2 weeks before the course start date:
No refund. However, 70% of your initial payment can be used as a partial payment for the next scheduled course. The remaining 30% will be deducted as administration charges.
2. Cancellation by Flava Coffee Co. L.L.C:
In the rare event that Flava Coffee Co. L.L.C needs to cancel a course, you will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within approximately 15–30 business days.
3. Exam Guarantee:
Payment of this fee does not guarantee passing any of the exams scheduled in the course/s.
